The 5 Elements Development Model
The 5 Elements Development Model is a model that we have put together that we feel will progress each child individually and also collectively as part of their team.

Gemini FC players learn on and off the pitch through our coaches. We develop their social and psychological skills through football.
​
All 5 elements are linked together and are as important as each other in creating the overall footballer.
Within each element there are 100s of drills that Gemini FC coaches work to.
​
Each session that a Gemini coach takes has a purpose relating to the 5 elements development model.
